Pod St Ives will be launched Easter 2024!!

Pod St Ives provides unique coastal retreats where you can explore the beautiful area of West Cornwall.

Balnoon has been operating as a campsite for over 50 years, providing a relaxed small campsite for visitors to enjoy.

With the unpredictable English weather, we wanted to provide an all year round service to our guests, so we decided to invest in some Glamping pods, we hope you enjoy them and continue to visit our small friendly site on the outskirts of St Ives.

This site will be a regular holiday for us in the coming years. If you don't mind a little walk you can easily make it to St Ives by foot through the footpaths. It was a reasonable distance to Carbis Bay Beach, Porthmeor Beach and the Harbour for anyone wanting to go in the sea. Don't fear if you are not a fan of walking, there is a bus, a five minute walk away, bus 16, straight into the centre of St Ives for very little cost. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet spot, a reasonable walk from St Ives. We will be returning next summer for sure.
