Imagine a tranquil spa garden designed for ultimate relaxation and wellness, harmoniously blending nature with luxurious facilities. The serene Nest Spa Garden is landscaped with lush greenery, quirky breakout spaces, and peaceful seating areas where guests can relax and reconnect with nature.

The Nest Spa Treatment Room:
Tucked away in a secluded corner of the garden, the treatment room is a cosy, wooden cabin with large windows that invite natural light while offering privacy. Inside, the room is minimally decorated to maintain a calming atmosphere, featuring warm wood paneling, soft ambient lighting, and a massage table draped in soft linens. Aromatherapy diffusers release gentle herbal scents, creating a sensory experience that promotes relaxation during treatments. The room is soundproof, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in treatments like massages, facials, and body wraps

Outdoor Ice Bath:

A sleek, circular ice bath is situated just outside, surrounded by natural stone and shaded by tall bamboo plants for privacy. The cool, clear water in the ice bath is invigorating and designed for cold-immersion therapy, helping to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and promote mental clarity. Next to the ice bath, a wooden deck with soft towels and robes provides a space to sit and prepare for the cold plunge or to relax post-immersion.

Sauna Cabin:

Adjacent to the ice bath is a traditional wooden sauna cabin. Built with cedar wood, the cabin emanates a natural, earthy scent that enhances the sensory experience. Inside, the sauna features benches at varying heights to allow for different levels of heat exposure, and large glass panels on one side offer views of the garden while maintaining privacy. The sauna uses a stone stove, creating an authentic experience where guests can ladle water onto the stones for bursts of steam. Soft lighting and the scent of cedar add to the calming atmosphere. Just outside the sauna, a small deck with plush lounge chairs invites guests to rest and enjoy the fresh garden air between sauna sessions.

Zen-inspired Garden Pathways and Relaxation Spaces:

The garden is interwoven with stone pathways bordered by delicate flowers, and soft lighting, guiding guests between the treatment room, sauna, and ice bath. A central circular sunken seating area with secluded nooks with comfortable outdoor seating is available for relaxation before or after treatments, where guests can sip on herbal teas, relax, and enjoy the bird song.

The Nest Spa Garden treatment facilities will open in January 2025. Before then, POD St Ives guests can book spa treatments within their POD or enjoy a treatment at the nearby Carbis Bay Estate's C Bay Spa.
